As a cell church, Life Group encourages it's members to meet together weekly in small groups that we call life groups. For more information about cell churches and life groups visit our main life group page.
A life group leader serves the group by coordinating meetings and helping the members serve one another by exercising their spiritual gifts. You don't have to be a teacher to lead a life group, but you do need to have a love for God's people and a willingness to serve them.
If you're a faithful member of an existing life group and you think you might like to lead one of your own we'd be thrilled to have you. Let your life group leader know and he/she will talk to you about how you can get started (e.g. by helping out in your current life group) and about the training we have available.

Our life group leader training makes heavy use of "The 8 Habits of Effective Small Group Leaders" by Dave Early. You can find this book listed among our cell ministry resources. Our training will encourage you in each of the following 8 habits covered in the book:
