Standards for Serving in Ministry

At Life Church we require those who serve in various ministries to meet the following standards:

  • You must continue to fulfill the general requirements for membership at Life Church - especially your commitment as a Christian to follow Jesus Christ.
  • We expect you to submit to the spiritual leadership of the Pastors and the leaders that they designate.
  • We expect you to understand and embrace the Life Church Vision and Mission.
  • We expect you to be consistent in your Sunday church attendance.
  • We expect you to participate consistently in your life group.
  • We expect you to demonstrate a commitment to being a mature believer. Like the Apostle Paul, we also expect this commitment on your part to result in consistent visible progress (1Tim 4:15).
  • We expect you to excel in giving to support the ministry of Life Church.
