Who can subscribe to a church-wide list?

The Life Church church-wide mailing lists are for the use of our members and visitors:

Connect List
Exchange news, announcements, prayer requests, job information, and other useful information.

Inspiration List
Exchange scriptures, inspirational messages, poems, and other words of encouragement.

We ask all of our subscribers to follow our electronic mailing list guidelines when using our lists.

What do I do if my email address changes?

If your email address changes, list email will continue to go to the address that you originally subscribed to the list. Your new address won't receive list email until you subscribe it to the list.

There is no restriction on how many email addresses you can subscribe. Keep in mind however that each subscription is a separate transaction. You will have to visit the list page each time ou want to subscribe a new address.

Can I use more than one email address?

Any email address that you intend to use for sending email to a list should be subscribed to that list. You may, for example, have both a personal email address and a work email address. If only your personal address is subscribed to one of our church-wide lists and you try to send list email from your work address it will be rejected.

Will list email go to all of my addresses?

When you first subscribe to a list, each email address that you subscribe will receive email from the list. You can change this if you like.

You may, for example, have both a personal email address and a work email address subscribed to a list. If you want to receive list email on your personal email address but not on your work email address you can easily arrange this:

  1. Visit the appropriate list page,
  2. enter the email address whose options you want to change,
  3. Click the "Update or edit options" button.
